I'm new to dog grooming - what should I expect?

First of all, thank you for coming to our website, we aim to make you feel just as comfortable visiting as well as your pooch! Every dog who visits is treated like royalty and as though they are our own. For your first visit, we may require a phone call to ask a few questions to better understand your dog and also give you the chance to ask me any questions! We understand you may be nervous, so this can allow us to put your mind at ease.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in anytime?

You will always be required to book an appointment. However, I may be booked a couple weeks in advance so please bare this in mind to avoid any disappointment. 

How much will it cost for you to groom my dog?

The price list is not published on this website. To enquire about your dog please head to the 'Contact Page' and send us either an email, WhatsApp, or call and we will be more than happy to discuss a quote with you. Although we try to offer guide prices at the point of booking, the price all depends of your dog's breed, coat type and condition, size and temperament.

Where do I park or leave my vehicle?

There are multiple free car parking areas located by Nantwich lake or river, and brookfield park. All are which about 1-2 minutes walking distance from the salon.

Can I stay with my dog, or where do I go during the appointment?

Unless advised or asked to stay in the salon during the appointment, you will be asked to leave until your booking has finished. Nantwich town centre is roughly a 10 minute walk where they have shops, cafes, restaurants etc to fill the time. Believe me, the time will soon pass!

What payment methods do you take?

We accept cash, card, or bank transfer methods of payment. Bank transfers will only be accepted if you send the full amount when in person prior to/ collecting your dog. 

Why do you charge service fees?

Matting fees are required as the tougher, tangled hair easily blunts the equipment we use. Misbehaviour fees are applied as your dog is putting the groomer in harm's way and at risk of being bitten... please remember that not all dog's enjoy grooming!
